I wish I read reviews before purchasing online.

I think I might have been ****med. I ordered, arrived at their collection address to collect and the security said they've moved away from that address years ago. The security also said I'm not the only person who attend there to collect, there's been many people who came to collect at that address. SmartWare didn't leave a new address with them they just moved out overnight. I'm so angry what a waste of time, fuel, and money. People really lack a conscience to be able to rob other people like this. No item and no money back. They don't answer phones or emails in fact the phone lines are constantly on "busy"
