Poor Customer from Smartware Table Pride

Poor customer care from Smartware Table Pride.

24 November 2017 I made payment to smartware tablepride as I was interested in selling their products. I was told the order may take 7 to 14 days to receive after payment. I patiently waited until a month passed by without receiving anything. I called Sindi from Mpumalanga Witbank/Middleburg the lady who signed me up for smartware and she have me lots of excuses until her brother delivered a few incomplete orders . When I did follow up she said she didn't receive everything due to a large amount of orders the company had. I'm not the only one a lot of people are complaining and up until today 05 May 2018 I haven't received my orders or my money back. May I get help from anyone?
