NON-DELIVERY OF KITCHEN WARE

i joined Smartware as their agent and paid R9,255.00 into their FNB account. i have been making numerous calls and follow ups with them with regards to my delivery to which i havent been getting a clear answer. two weeks ago i got a delivery through my manager - which does not even make a fraction of what was paid for. I have been calling for my deliveries and their stories keep changing. i have also requested for a refund and no one wants to assist me on either of my requests.
