Stay away from Smarttech solutions
Bought a laptop 2015 model. A week later the screen start having issues. Took it back to the store for diagnostic and repair. 3 Weeks later still no laptop. They even tried to give me a 2013 model is the hope I won’t notice it which I obviously did. Rather buy from a reputable establishment!

From our understanding us giving you a 2013 model meant that was suppose to help you with your work whilst we order your screen which you broke, it was ordered from our suppliers which took time and they was nothing we could do but also wait.
