The worst online shopping experience ever. Poor service. ********* business. Zane, Usher, Nigel and the rest are all trained to make wonderful promises and not deliver on any. Maybe if you are lucky to buy a machine without any issues, you may have found a good deal. As others also indicated, they have taken over The Laptop Shop and the reviews under that business speaks for itself. They delivered a machine with a smaller hard drive than advertised. The MS Office software that came as part of the package is a pirate copy with license authentication issues. After several email and telephone calls and even sending the machine to them by courier at my cost, none of the issues were solved. Poor service. ********* business.
