***** sales assistants and ***** devices

I bought a MacBook pro from Smarttect Solutions on 19 Feb 2021. I explicitly asked for a Macbook pro 13" early-2015 model. Nigel told me they had one for sale. I went to their store in Brackenfell and bought it. I examined the device over the weekend and reported any defects directly to Nigel. By Sunday I had found 3 major defects. 1) 2 *****s were missing from the bottom cover. 2) The speakers were faulty when playing any media file the sound would be distorted. 3)The Macbook's about(section where information about the MacBook is displayed) was ****fed. Meaning they made it display that it was an early 2015 Macbook pro when it was in fact a 2014 Macbook pro.

My invoice clearly states that I purchased a 2015 Macbook pro. I went to their store and Nigel was not very helpful he just made multiple promises of which he did not honour a single one of them. It is now a week later and they are still giving me the run around because I told them I want a refund.
