My claim process was very effective. I phoned them on the day I had my accident and they assisted me promptly. An assessor was assigned to me and my claim was put through without Any issues. The guy who assisted me through the whole process, Juan-Paul Van der Merwe was extremely attentive and helpful. He always went the extra mile with my claim.
