Charles Somanje of SmartPro Energy Solutions is the most unreliable and dishonest service provider I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We paid a deposit for solar panels in May 2023, to have them finally installed in late July, after countless follow ups, empty promises made and not kept, missed commitments, stories and more. I would recommend avoiding him at all costs. When contacted for after sales support and to honour the warranty on his installation, he is out the country and fails to offer any form of reliable support to his installation. Avoid at all costs.
