Bad customer service

I have payed them so that they can log me in to they system because when you do it your self it not working, so I want to support systems to ask for help and they sad I should make a payment and it been 5days now they haven't log me in when I ask they tell me about they tuch team they are service it very bad and they don't care about the customers
