Substandard Paving

<p>My wife and I were looking to purchase paving for our new home. After a lot of research we came across a company called Smart Pave in Benoni, which guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. We paid money and they delivered....with many chipped or broken pavers / cobbles. They also delivered the wrong colour pavers for our pool coping. We discussed with Clint from SmartPave and requested that they come collect the incorrect (tan coloured) pavers and replace with grey pavers (as we ordered and paid for). We also asked Clint to replace the chipped and cracked pavers and cobbles. After repeated requests they eventually delivered the grey pavers we paid for and replaced the chipped cobbles, however they left the tan coloured pavers on our building site which caused issues in terms of the space we had available. After an extended period of time, repeated emails and phone calls, they finally came to collect the incorrect tan pavers. Once the cobbles were installed they kept on chipping. We have tried contacting Smart Pave in various forms but are simply being ignored. So much for 100% customer satisfaction. You pay money and get chipped cobbles / pavers that keep on chipping further. We will now have to replace our whole driveway at our costs due to the seemingly inferior product. An amateur company to say the least.</p> <p> </p>
