Unprofessional!

The app is faulty. My electricity wasn't getting billed throughout the month. And they went on to send me a huge lumpsum at the end of the month that i didn't even budget for.They switched off my electricity for days!!!! Just because their app wasn't billing electricity accurately. I tried to make payments and even sent them proof of payment but they still refused to turn my electricity back on. Very unprofessional! Highly wouldn't recommend. 0 stars from me!
