I am very disappointed with the Smart Matter app. The billing is not transparent and appears inaccurate. For two different weeks, my usage was clearly not the same, yet I was charged almost identical amounts (R120.33 and R119.64). This raises serious concerns about whether billing is based on actual metered usage or an arbitrary calculation.

As a customer, I expect accurate, itemized billing and proper explanations of how charges are calculated. Until Smart Matter improves its system and provides full transparency, I cannot recommend this app
