SmartMatter is the worst!!!!

I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating. If your complex comes with this app, then stay away! I've been waiting 5 hours already for my electricity to be switched back on. Seems like they enjoy having customers suffer.

Not cool to to not have electricity when you work from home and also not cool when SmartMatter does not fi d it necessary to respond to your emails.
