PLEASE AVOID this app at ALL COST!!!

I do not understand the point of this app when it can’t even allow you to register! There is a problem when i try to register and it wont send me the verification code whatsoever, so i contacted the support team about it and its been nearly 2 weeks now and they only gave me 2 feedback which didnt help at all and i had to keep on following up with this matter by myself! I needed this app because my estate uses it for the water bills and now since I can’t register and can’t get access to my account , I’m expecting a water termination that is really frustrating. I have no hope and I don’t even know when this problem can be solved. Please do avoid using this app at all cost because the only thing they can offer you is frustrations and no response from them whatsoever! Very Very Very disappointed, if you can’t maintain the app then please don’t developed one and put it in daily uses!
