Not a good place to stay

inconsistency in their electricity billing is frustrating,you are not charged according to Use they just guess.the day you cook and use geyser your billing might be very low compared to the day you didn't use much,smart matter is a ****,it will push me to leave this place.Bongani guy very *********** never answers calls switch off tenants electricity
