Inconvenience

At this point i am terminating my contract with the Estate because of Smart matter., I've stayed here long, I love the Place but ever since they just changed to Smart matter Yhooo! Like What is this? . I've been complaining about incorrect billings. They bill electricity while I'm away in the Eastern Cape. Like who used it if I'm away and the main Switch is Off.. Today they just deducted 2times of everything. Any chance they get they Chow my money...
