Billing price ******* every day.

I have paid almost over 9 000 rand from January to date. i kept quite all the time with all the billing that is not making sense. on the 8th of June, my bill was on R4500 after i paid R1000. the 9th of June to the 12 of June we had no water in the estate and all over strand. on the 13th i woke up to a bill of 4800, do not understand how when i had no water at all. Yesterday my bill was 4900 and today i wake up to a bill of R8300. How did you get to a 4000 addition in 24 hours. Can someone investigate and fix this. Someone needs to call us and fix the billing. where i stand smart matter owes me a refund. no way i can pay over R9000 in 5 months. i need someone to fix this error and urgently. Bahari estate
