#1 Worst & most useless thing/service!!!!

We already had issues with ridiculous yearly electricity tariffs hikes. Now here comes this company, which was shoved down our throats and implemented without our say; promising daily electricity usage reflecttion/billing & convenience. and delivered the exact opposite!! It is so inconvenient! You can't purchase electricity anywhere else. You have to EFT to them, imagine!!!! You load electricity today, it reflects tomorrow 🙆🏽♀️🤣 It doesn't even consistently update daily (base premise of their service). Then they bulk-charge you after their hiccups, which you then can't see your usage for those "missed" days, giving themselves the opportunity to 'make up' usage figures. A bunch of sack of PotatoBollock Clowns!!! Get this thing out of here!!!! 🚮
