Brilliant Service

My 50" Hisense LED TV suddenly lost backlight...i.e. no picture...sent messages to two "reputable" repair center's, to date no response...I sent a message to Snupit and within 15-20 minutes received a phone call from James. Let me tell you about this young man, he WANTS to do business. He will come to your premises to do the repair onsite, I opted to take my screen to him as I have no free workspace. I have to be honest, I was a but sceptical about the repair center, but, a classical scenario of "don't judge a book by its cover". The screen was repaired on the same day already. I received it back the next day after EFT funds showed in his account. Repair price was very reasonable. Will I use him again...lets just say I have saved him on my Phone and will forward his details to anyone that needs a fridge, freezer, cellphone, microwave or tumble dryer repaired...so, ABSOLUTELY will use him again. James did me the courtesy of returning my screen back to me.
