Worst repair centre ever!

Took my IPhone for an LCD replacement, and collected it on the 4th of April 2016. Two weeks later the screen stopped working for no apparent reason and when i took it back i was told i would need to pay for a new LCD as that one was damaged even though my phone had never fell and was in a pouch and had a screen protector that i bought from them.<br> <br> When my complaint was escalated to the manager, he was so rude, he didn't even want to listen.
