SMARTLAB CELLULAR SERVICES SANDTON - Absolutely Terrible Service , Customer Care and Quality

<p>-Ongoing Stress </p> <p>-Mis-handeling of my device </p> <p>*Bad Quality </p> <p>*Rude Owner who doesnt allow the customer to voice their opinion</p> <p>*Dont Regard the customer , only the profit made from the customer</p> <p>-Owner put the phone down on me while voicing a complaint </p> <p>*2 month ongoing bad service </p> <p>*I paid a high price for a certain quality service and it took me around 4 returns to them for them to assess the phone properly (which should have been done the first time)before finally giving me a report that says my phone is unuasable </p> <p>*Screen was cracked before sending it in - working perfectly before i sent it in for just a screen repair and got it back and whole phone was unusable</p> <p>*On my first visit i sat for 2.5 hours and got absolutely no help and had to leave.</p>
