Phone fitted with a **** iPhone 5 screen

I sent my phone in for a cracked screen repair and I was charged R1 099.01 at the Sandton Branch and their turn around time and service was great. I got the phone back in a day and I was very impressed with the turnaround time. I went home and I charged my phone and it was full, I took it out and by just opening a few apps my battery went from 100% to 90%. I got worried and i thought I didnt charge it properly, but turns out the battery fitted is not the same battery I sent. My battery was fine and now i have a ****py battery fitted in my phone. I am really upset about this.<br> <br> To make matters worse, my 6 month old niece had my phone and she took it from the coffee table and she dropped it on the carpet and guess what, the screen cracked. So basically, the screen I had initially was way better than what I paid a R1000 for. I not only lost a screen that worked properly with just cracked glass to the one that is not working now but I also now have a battery that is messed up. <br> <br> I feel really cheated by Smartlab, I really wish they were honest about the screen and their services. <br> <br> If you can, choose another service provider as smartlab will rip you off, trust me.
