Im now hopeless and do not know what to do. POOR

I booked my device in at Smartlab Menlyn branch for screen repairs, I got the fone back after they fitted in the new LCD screen. But I must say the new screen brought with it problems only, the screen would just start fading and ultimately go blank and the fone will be like that forever. I then took the device back to Smartlab and got a call that it was fixed today 2016/03/10 I went there to go collect the device Samsung J5 and the screen has been replaced again but the fone does not have audio. its not audible at all.<br> <br> if I think of all the petrol I have wasted on these trips to Menlyn from Rustenburg I just don't know if this is the level of service I should be receiving from from Smartlab. Im utterly disgusted by this poor poor service.
