Great Service and Quick Turnaround from Smartlab

I want to congratulate all the Staff and Management at Smart Lab for the phenomenal levels of service that they provide.<br> <br> I cracked my Samsung S4 screen by accident and since it is covered by ADH decided to google the nearest service centre. The official Samsung repair centre in Gauteng is in Roodepoort which is too far for me. So I chose Smartlab instead as they are in Sandton. I sent an email enquiry on a Friday afternoon and was surprised to get a reply almost immediately. They gave me a quote for the repair but also informed me that the device might qualify for free repair. I queried again if they are open on Weekends and they informed me that they are not but the branch inside the Samsung store in Sandton city is.<br> <br> I went to Sandton on Saturday with a copy of my contract, my contract provider said they can repair it but will take 21 days. Smartlab repaired the device within 2 hours and put a new screen guard on for Free.<br> <br> One small issue that I discovered later is that now the battery doesn't fit the device properly and protrudes a little although I haven't seen any performance issues due to that yet.<br> <br> Well Done to all the staff of Smartlabs
