My daughter's iPad had a cracked screen. Discovery insure allocated the claim to Smart Labs for repairs. Busi was so on the ball that it was such a pleasure dealing with her. she kept in touch with me regarding progress on my item and went over and above the call of duty to ensure my peace of mind.
