Frustration while dealing with SMARTLAB (ongoing)

Sony Xperia sent in for repairs. Screen was replaced and paid in full but sent back as \dark patches"were visible on display.<br> <br> I was offered a refund on the Labour portion only but I insisted on a full refund or working device. SMARTLAB informed me that they will try to replace the screen again but ever since 2015-02-16 I've not been able to receive feedback after making multiple calls. Initial repair took 3 days?? <br> <br> I have no phone and no feedback on when/If I will receive my phone (after paying R2K+)<br> <br> I would not recommend SMARTLAB to anyone as things stand currently."""
