Excellent customer service

I had excellent service from the guys at Smartlab. Gordon went out of his way to get my repairs done speedily and efficiently.I didn't have my proof of purchase for my handset and Gordon could have told me to come back with it but instead, he contacted my provider for the info and got it all sorted out whilst I waited. It's not often that I receive customer service like this.To Craig and your team, well done and keep it up!
