CELL PHONE RETURNED WITHOUT ACCESSORIES

On 07/12/15 my son went to Smartlab CapeTown to fix his brand new Nokia's screen which cracked due to the heat. They sent it to Smartlab Johannesburg. On 15/12/15 we received the phone back without the battery and back cover. Since then we are trying to get SOMEBODY to take responsibility for it so we can go pick it up. Every day I get the same run around with no results. Cape Town says it's Johannesburg's responsibility and Johannesburg keeps making excuses. My son is moving overseas next week and NEEDS HIS PHONE - he has been without a phone for a month now. We are SO frustrated!!
