ADH warranty

My phone was had an ADH warranty from 24/11/2013 to 24/11/2015. My cellular contract runs from 03/01/2014 to 03/01/2016. The phone fell and cracked the screen on 04/12/2015, after which I contacted Smartlab. <br> I submitted proof of both of these dates to Smartlab, and they advised that I may bring in the phone for the free repair. Afterwards it became an issue, since they mentioned the phone is now out of warranty. I maintain that both dates were supp**** to them, and they confirmed the repair would be for free.<br> I collectted the phone a week after now joy and I had to contact them to enquire about the non-repair.
