2 weeks later and no phone

I spoke to Monique Steyn and she promised that by Tuesday she will know when the parts will arrive. Still no one knows, all I want is my phone back and I will return it when SmartLab has the relevant parts. At least if there was a time frame or turn around time given I will wait, but now know one knows which means it might even be months or years. DO NOT CALL ME AS I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE, EMAIL ME!
