rude principal and harassment

my child attended this school for 2 years, in the 2 years she attended this school she was admitted 3 times and would be away from school for 3 weeks at a time. this school was not bothered to even call to find out if the child would be coming back to the school or if the child is fine hell even alive.

the principal of this school wrote me a letter and attacked my character when she doesnt even know me and said i should take my child to another school if i cant afford the school fees. at this time my child was in hospital and i wasnt think about ****** school fees i ha a serious problem of a 3 year old that was admitted. the arrogance and rudeness of this woman, she did not bother to call me and find out what is going on before attacking me. skipping along, i then decide i will have a schedule payment for fees so i dont ever have to deal with such rudeness. towards the end of the year the school sent out new contract asking if the child is coming back in 2020 of which i did not complete, to my ****** amazement this school is now asking me to pay a FULL terms school fees for 2020 fr a child that did not attend this school this year. anyone reading this, please can you assist me with where i can report this school, would they also fall under department of education since its a private creche/primary school.
