Smarthub TV Repairs Gauteng Horrific Service

I've submitted a request on their website www.smarthubtvrepair.co.za, for a call back. I had a faulty television & needed an assessment for insurance purposes. Alan quickly responded on whatsapp and arranged for a technician closest to the Springs hub to come to my house. This was on the 07th of October '23. The technicians confirmed that the television can be repaired. They charged R1400.00 for the repair and gave a 24 months warranty on their workmanship. The next day the television couldn't switch on, same problem as before. I contacted the Technician with no joy, and contacted Alan requesting a refund and a report for insurance purposes to submit a claim. He confirmed that they will charge R250 call out & R500 for the report and refund the balance. I have not received anything from them & they are ignoring all communication. The contact number on their website and whatsapp is ***. It is absolutely unacceptable that we pay for services like this. Please think twice before contacting them for any television repairs.
