Morning, we contacted the business, very suspect as the business number is only a cellphone number and no physical address. We received a voice note stating that we should take a video clip and send it to them, and they would be able to tell us if they are able to repair or not. We did this, received a quick response stating it would cost a nominal amount which seemed reasonable. We received two calls from alleged technicians, one stated that they would visit our home and do the repair. They arrived late for the scheduled meeting, worked on the TV which left a few lines on it. We were informed to leave the TV on for 3 to 4 days and the lines would disappear. After this period, the lines were still presented, we contacted the repaired who visited us and he stated he would collect the TV, as belts needed to be changes. Well its over a week now, technician doesn not take our calls or respond to messages. The advertised number on the website, also does not take calls or respond to messages. We have reported the matter to SAPS and that this appears to be a ****. Short of R2,450 and a TV now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
