Theft

<p>I went to SmartFix Shop U10, Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre 3 weeks ago with my AG Mobile phone for a cracked screen replacement, a guy by the name of Tony assissted us and took the phone and my contact details and advised that the dont have the screen currentlly but they will order for me and i can come back afer 3 days or so, </p> <p>when i arrived there abut a week later they advised me that the guy doesnt work there anymore and I asked so how far are the repairs of my phone , they said hey know not of my phone but yes they remember me and that they dont reppair AG mobiles so the Tony guy must have been fixing it privately. They then provided me with his cotact </p> <p>on trying to get hold of him he promised to bring the phone back to the shop but with no luck , </p> <p>now when we go to the shop to get his adress and info they say they dont have any of his details but this guy was employed by them and they now cant assist me cause i dont have any receipt stating that i left my phone there. </p>
