Smartfix Benmore Gardens - Unreliable

On the 06/12/18 I took my Ipad Air to Smartfix Benmore Gardens for the screen to be replaced. When I phoned them to inquire whether the Ipad was fixed, I was told that they were unable to locate the Ipad. The reason they gave me was that the technician that worked on my Ipad was no longer in their services. They also suggested that I must have collected the Ipad. They made me feel the fact that the Ipad is gone is not their problem but my problem. When it comes to customer Service I must say it is non-existence in this branch. They never try to solve my issue I had to continuously phone for an update. They promised me to replace the Ipad. Needless to say, to date I'm still waiting on there call. This is not the first review for a similar problem on hellopeter for Smartfix Benmore Garden.
