Poor Workmanship

<p>I collected my iphone 6 from Smartfix after being told it had total power failure and they couldnt repaired it. One week later I found someone who was prepared to try and repair the phone. He opened the phone in front of me and said that he was no longer willing to work on it as there were cover plates etc missing from inside. I phoned Smartfix to ask why they didn't reassemble to the state that I gave it to them. I got a long winded story, but was told to return the phone and they would put the parts back inside. This is shoddy workmanship and service. Surely Smartfix should reassemble to the original state, whether repaired or not?</p>
