Smartek Appliance Repairs | Very Poor Business Ethic

I also had a very poor business transaction with Smartek Appliance Repair. If anybody could give me any information regarding this business that would be much appreciated.

I am trying to get my money back, I would like to take them to small claims court but would need more information.
