SmartCRS uses their attitude and arrogance to bully clients

SmartCRS is a company appointed by Wesbank Finance to get people to pay your arrears. I was supposed to make a double payment in December 2022. I couldn't make the double payment as arranged due to household issues out of my control...my husband did not get paid end Dec, so I had to cover some of the essentials. The lady Antoinette Klaasen phoned me today, as I'm trying to explain my situation, the more she started to get an attitude companies with arrogance...I've also lost my cool...as I arranged for the double payment it will start from 25 January 2023, the manager William Dean just as arrogance threatened me stating that I must pay R10000 otherwise they'll come and fetch my car as insurance...

I've googled this company, but you don't even get them on Google...

Where must I get R10000, to crown it all, I'm paying off my balloon payments and will be finished by Aug 2023...

They are rude and arrogant.

I told the Dean guy, that I'm not willing to work with Antoinette due to her bad attitude...

I really feel victimized and traumatized after this telephone call...

I couldn't finish my call with William Dean to due airtime

Volkswagen financial services os also looking into this matter...I don't even know of this company is legit and registered
