SMARTCAST - MOSSELBAY - MY WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE!

SMARTCAST PAVING IN MOSSELBAY - PAVING AROUND MY SWIMMING POOL Deposit of 70% paid on 29 Oct 2019. By Feb 2020, I had to beg Morne' to come and start the job. When pavers delivered, I complained they were not what I had ordered, and paid for, and NOT what was in photo sent of pavers(JANUARY) which were supposedly manufactured for my project. He promised they were the same, and would be exposed (would be what I ordered) after they had laid all the pavers. There was just one delay after the other. They completed installation on 17/18 March 2020, but now needed to do the exposing of the pavers. Never came to do the job, even after I threatened legal action. He gave me R5000 discount, because the pavers aren't what I ordered, and said I must just be happy with what I got. He also begged me for money during lockdown, which I paid over to him, still hoping that he would come and complete the job. The workers that did the paving at my home, arrived(3 times) during lockdown, to beg me to pay SMARTCAST for the job, as they were not paid. In summary, I paid R28400 for pavers that look terrible, and I will have to do the project all over again.....
