Order Complete but no delivery

I made an online order for an eSIM Order ID: #64525, and I never got any delivery in a form of email or sms or physical delivery.

I call them and made a follow up and I was told that I was supposed to get QR coded email to me, and I confirmed that I have not yet been sent an email.
