Subscribe without your consent & pay as we like!

<p>For the second time now I had to follow the procedure to unsubscribe from Smartcall Technology Solutions after investigating airtime that seems to go "Missing" on my daughter's phone package. How is it possible to activate a subscription with an underaged person and then simply deduct sums of money at seemingly eratic times with no indication of what it is for? I believe that it is ********* conduct for any business to be able to deduct sums of money from kids. If you cannot establish and/or prove that the "customer" is of an age that can legally enter into a contract then the subscription surely cannot be valid and any monies so deducted should be refunded forthwith in addition to ceasure of this practice.</p>
