I logged a complaint with WASPA regarding an unsolicited subscription sms from STS. In their response received today STS indicated that I initiated the service request by entering my cellphone number on a link to their \services\". They even provided logs showing the alleged interaction.<br> I categorically deny that I ever entered my cellphone number anywhere despite what their \"logs\" show. I make a point of not EVER entering my number anywhere other when making hotel bookings. I am convinced that ***** and deception is at play here. A simple apology would have been good enough, but the implication that I am a **** leaves me with no option than to lay ******** charges against STS."
