Smartcall are ********** and *******. Now with commercial unit within.the SAPS

This company r the biggest **********. I opened a ******** case against them due to.the fact that they took.it upon.themselves to turn my prepaid vodacom sim card into a contract whereby im still loading airtime as I.never knew this is now a contract phone and theyre *****ing the airtime. Who gave them this right to just do this. I have charged them at the saps commercial crimes dept with ***** and theft under false pretences and misrepresentation. They refusing to change it back.to prepaid. The lady.I spoke to by the name of precious is the rudest most obnoxious person.I.have ever dealt with.in any customer care dept in.the country. She should be fired as shes giving this company a worse name than what they already have. They first ***** and then.get rude when you query your own prpoerty.. I think precious needs training in business etiquette before dealing with the public. Not even an animal.behaves this way.
