BRING BACK MY AIRTIME

I started using my vodacom number some time late last year November and only started realizing that am running out of airtime very quickly earlier this year so i called 111 only to find out this company takes nothing less than R7 every time i recharge and they said it started last year Aug and i have never done such a thing so i called their number on *** some woman who refused to give out her name said i must email [Email Removed] and alicia whose the manager will handle my query.<br> all i want is this company to pay back my airtime and stop ripping people off their hard earned money its not far how does one sign you up without a formal agreement?
