Terrible Service

Hi. I have been billed for 2 months now for more than R200 per month for something that I have no clue about. I did not subscribe to this site and it is a *******. Please can someone assist. I want to cancel this and I want a refund. You just get a bill on your Telkom statement with minimal description and you don't know what it is for. Anyone else having this issue please advise how to sort out.
