WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.My wife bought a pair of sunglasses from smartbuyglasses for my birthday on 7th of February 2021.After 3 weeks we contact them just to track the package.So they informed us they havent recieved any payment.We call the bank getting statements and the money is indeed paid over to them.Our personel banker told us that it was in there account two days after we have made the payment. If we go on the order number its stated that it's shipped on 1 January 1970.Another mail from them they give us a Tracking no from rpx.lf i go to there website and put the number in its telling me that the package is to date 7days in transit on the why.And the another mail that said they still waiting for payment. So to date six weeks later we have nothing. IT is expensive sunglasses and i have nothing to show. Ill keep an update on this matter cause this is not over yet..
