Worrying

<p>I orderd and paid for Ray Ban sunglasses on 30 Oct 2016. My order was confirmed as well as stock of the product. A week later I was notified that they no longer have stock of the product and recommended I buy something else. I refused to do so and emaild customer service. I received feedback and was told that I will reeive the ordered product and they will keep me up to date. Which they did. </p> <p>On 21 Oct 2016 I received the Ray Bans I ordered. They are in good order and are the orignial product. </p> <p>However, I am unsatified because they are sent from Hong Kong and nowhere on the site does it say where they are based. It's a .co.za site which makaes one believe that its a local supplier, but it is not. Only after ordering do they tell the customer that he might have to pay customs clearence and VAT and they will reimburse him. This is said nowhere prior to ordering. I have however, received my order without having to pay any clearence or additional VAT.</p> <p>I will not use them again - I was prepairing myself not to receive the product I ordered and also not to receive a refund. I was lucky, but I will not recomend shopping from them nor will I buy from them again. </p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly, eventhough customer service did respond to me, they took their time in doing so.</p>
