This company is not Legit

<p>My daughter ordered her contact lenses over two months ago and has never received them. The agents at Smartbuyglasses think they are very SMART. They come up with every excuse under the sun as to why the lenses are still in Hong Kong - we requested a re-fund and by the looks of it they are never going to refund - each email that comes back is from another agent - Lilly, Alta, Ria - obviously all made up names with no surnames or contact numbers - they go as far as to ask you for your CVV number on your card to refund and BAAN number ect ect - just to delay the process further and hope that you just go away. They even blocked my daughters emails from their server once they requested further banking details - in hope that she just goes away. I threatened to report them but they are really dont care - I noticed there are so many bad reports on them and yet they continue to ***** peoples's money and get away with it. It does not take 6 weeks to refund just under R300.00 I wonder how many other people just walk away from this and they Smartbuyglasses make a nice little profit. 10 people a day is R3000 a month - this has to be a **** of some sort. This company needs to be investigated.</p>
