Terrible Service Delivery

I have been waiting for an order for over 3 months now. I was EVENTUALLY contacted to state the item I bought was not in stock with their suppliers- I then had to pay an extra amount in order to receive a different product. I was promised a 10% discount as well as fast shippinh due to the massive delay and inconveniece. this was in June. I have still not received my order. The Customer Service has been good in terms of the fact that they respond. However I have not receoved 10% of my amount back as well as fast delivery? When will this be delivered 2022???
