Please boycott Smartbuy glasses

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from Smartbuy glasses. The sunglasses was held at customs and I had to pay a duty to have it released. Their website says \In the unlikely event that your item is held by customs...please note that we will fully reimburse these costs". I found it very odd that it would be 'unlikely'"
